Keith A Coffee, MD PhD
Physician Scientist & Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician
Keith A. Coffee, MD PhD is a physician scientist and pulmonary/critical care physician who believes a holistic approach to healing mind, body, and spirit is achievable with a minimum amount of pharmaceutical input. When appropriate, part of that approach is turning to the bounty Nature has provided to address medical needs, as humans have evolved with specific receptors and biochemical pathways that respond to these compounds found in Nature.
Dr. Coffee is passionate about innovative therapeutics and has spent most of his career in clinical development supporting clinical trials working to address unmet needs in patients who have limited treatment options. He is excited about novel approaches and believes these modalities have the potential to cure ailments without the unwanted side effects of many current medications on the market.
Dr. Coffee has experience in multiple therapeutic areas including psychiatry, central nervous system (CNS), pulmonary, critical care, and cardiovascular among others.

Erin Witter
Psychedelic Coach & Breathwork Practitioner
Erin Witter has been serving the community as a Psycho-Spiritual Integration and Transformational Recovery coach since 2022. His focus is helping people to kindly look inward for answers to life’s challenges.
Integration of Psyche and Spirit is one of Erin’s passions because as humans it serves us best when we can discover and find balance with these parts of ourselves, rather than relying too heavily on one or the other.
Processes of personal Transformational Recovery are another focus of Erin’s, because he's learned from personal experience that transforming challenging experiences with the help of our hearts and bodies is how we grow more resilient.
Erin has been on an inward journey since he was very young. Throughout life he has learned about himself and the world through travel, meditation, connecting with nature, writing, and his own psychedelic and transformational work. As a result of these experiences, Erin gave up his corporate career and followed his heart’s true calling, which is to help others who seek to explore the universe through carefully-curated mind-expanding experiences.
Erin is certified in integrative psychedelic practices, serves clients as a transformational recovery coach, and is an active trip-sitter in the Colorado Front Range and beyond. Erin’s clients tell him that he has helped them find a simpler, more fundamental and fulfilling approach to life and relationships. Learn more about Erin at his website: Manifest Mind Coaching.
